As a founding partner of Littler in Berlin, Dr. Rajko Herrmann primarily advises start-ups and logistics companies (road, airlines), in particular in relation to employment law–related data protection and the creative design of working time and remuneration models as well as restructuring. He is particularly interested in developing alternative strategies in order to reach his goal quickly – also and especially when working with clients from other cultures, including US-based companies. In addition to his work, he is also keenly interested in the American sports of basketball and football.
