Edith Hamann advises clients as an attorney at Littler in Berlin on individual and collective employment law matters. As a trained mediator with a focus on workplace issues, she also supports conflict resolution processes, placing particular emphasis on fostering mutual understanding and ensuring practical implementation. Edith places great importance on clear, audience-oriented communication in order to present complex employment law issues in an accessible manner and consistently focus on what matters most. Not least due to her many years of experience in fencing, she has developed strong strategic thinking skills as well as the ability to remain focused and solution-oriented, even in challenging situations.
