Edith Hamann advises clients as an attorney at Littler in Berlin on individual and collective employment law matters. As a trained mediator with a focus on workplace issues, she also supports conflict resolution processes, placing particular emphasis on fostering mutual understanding and ensuring practical implementation. Edith places great importance on clear, audience-oriented communication in order to present complex employment law issues in an accessible manner and consistently focus on what matters most.
