The IEL names Littler 'European Law Firm of the Year'
For the first time this year, the International Employment Lawyer honored the best law firms and in-house teams from around the world at the IEL Awards in London on 15.11.2023.
In the 'European Law Firm of the Year' category, we were able to prevail against strong competition from CMS, Cuatrecasas, Eversheds Sutherland, Garrigues, Gleiss Lutz and Wolf Theiss together with our European colleagues.

Now with around 400 employment specialists in 27 offices across 13 countries, Littler’s European arm continues to go from strength to strength. The past year has seen the firm expand into Denmark and Switzerland, as well as rebrand its France and Norway operations. The firm has attracted key cross-border mandates in Europe, especially in relation to global reduction-in-force projects, which have been increasingly sought after by clients.
